I spent 11 years as the execution bridge between ownership and operations for a bootstrapped, multi-location service business, building systems from scratch, leading projects end to end, and creating structure where there was none. Every decision had real consequences and no safety net. I built the systems, the processes, and the infrastructure that took that business from three people and no structure to a high six-figure operation. Now I bring that same hands-on approach to founders who are ready to stop running their business and start leading it.
